My friend and I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The space is beautifully decorated, calming, clean, and relaxing.

Even though we were only visiting for a short time, this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We were also impressed by how easy it was to book—calling just an hour and a half ahead and still getting a same-day appointment was so convenient!

This place was amazing. My 6 months pregnant daughter and I. Are here on vacation and went here to get a massage. I have had many massages and this one by far was the best. My daughter said the same thing. We had both the females and they were wonderful! Definitely will go back there when we come back to Fort Waldon. I highly recommend this place if you want the best massage!

I had a very nice visit. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The massage was great and allowed me to enjoy my vacation when my upper back pain had become unbearable. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

I've been a loyal customer for almost a year, visiting monthly and always leaving satisfied, especially during my time with Laura. However, tonight's experience was deeply disappointing and has me reconsidering whether I'll return.

I booked a last-minute deep tissue massage due to significant chronic pain. Despite specifically requesting deep tissue everywhere except my lower back, the massage felt like a medium Swedish massage at best. It also ended about 5 minutes early. When I asked if I'd still be charged the deep tissue rate, the masseuse explained that my tight shoulders prevented me from feeling the depth,
an explanation that doesn't align with my bi-weekly massage experience managing chronic pain.

What bothered me most was what happened after. I paid the full deep tissue price and left a generous tip (over 10%), only to have the masseuse throw the money aside without thanks or acknowledgment. The attitude afterward felt dismissive and rude.

I value this business and have stayed loyal through staff changes, but tonight's service and unprofessional behavior have shaken my confidence. I hope this feedback helps them maintain the quality I once experienced.

We were in the area for a girlfriends vacation and decided on massages. Joy Massage was able to get us all in at the same time. Every single one of us completely enjoyed our massages. We had Swedish, Deep Tissue and Foot. Each massage therapist was wonderful. Kind, thorough, and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Let me just say. I have never had a more thourough massage in my life. Whole body and focus on my sore areas. We did a couple massage and the room was quiet and relaxing. Excellent price and the stones felt so good. Highly recommend.
